Arese manufacturing facilities are an international standard enterprise located in the city of Valinhos – in São Paulo, Brazil. It is a reference in the production of medicines and health products that has the best recent technologies in the market and uses production processes that guarantee the highest level of quality and purity of its products.

Our infrastructure includes modern, state-of-the-art facilities with an impressive production capacity of over 175 million units per year.

CBPF SEAL

Arese is certified with the Anvisa Good Practice Seal (CBPF), which means that its production processes are carried out in compliance with the sanitary and regulatory standards required by the competent authorities.

Arese is one of the only companies that manufactures vitamins and dietary supplements following the technical rigor of medicines, even though this practice is not required under the technical standards.

For example, our ZIRVIT line of children's vitamins uses the strictness of liquids used in injectable products in its production.

We only qualify materials that fully comply with current standards for both manufacturing conditions and testing on materials that are released for use in our products.

In addition, 100% of the materials received at Arese are analyzed and released for production only if they fully meet current specifications.

WE STAND OUT FOR THE USE OF THE WFI WATER SYSTEM IN THE ENTIRE PRODUCT LINE.

It consists of using purified water of the highest quality, which goes through a process that eliminates any impurities and contaminants in it.

As a result, the output is extremely pure and meets the highest injection standards across all product lines.

Automated weighing system:

Only approved raw materials, in date and with electronic checking of code, batch and expiry date are used in the processes, avoiding any risk of cross-contamination or misuse of any material.

The system ensures that the planned quantity for the product is weighed accurately, assuring a product within the required quality standards.

In-line checkweighers

The packaging lines have checkweighers that check the components of the cartridges by weight, ensuring that all the components necessary to guarantee the proper treatment and administration of the medicine and/or dietary supplement are made available to the consumer.

Automated control on graphic material

The state-of-the-art equipment uses barcodes to ensure only product-specific materials are used, eliminating any risk of cross-contamination.

The same system ensures the traceability of the product to the end of the chain.

ACCURATE TESTING OF QUALITY

Metal detectors in compression and encapsulation during the process:

The in-line process control equipment ensures that 100% of the tablets and capsules produced are inspected for any possible metal contaminants that may accidentally detach from the equipment.

Physico-chemical and microbiological analysis

100% of the products produced by Arese undergo physical-chemical analysis, which ensures the availability of all declared components, the non-existence of impurities and the compliance of the product as specified.

In addition, all products undergo microbiological analysis, which ensures that no product released to the market is contaminated in any way.
